Engram returned from his four-game absence with a hamstring injury with a monster performance against the Bears in London in Week 6. He caught all 10 of his targets for 102 yards, and the only negative was he lost a fumble. He was limited with a hamstring injury again Wednesday, but hopefully that’s just a rest day for a veteran. This week, he’s facing a Patriots defense that has allowed three tight ends in the past four games to score at least 11.1 PPR points, and Engram has top-five upside in this matchup.

We had two prominent trades happen this week in Davante Adams going to the Jets and Amari Cooper going to the Bills. We have a boatload of running back injuries to monitor. And we have two teams on a bye in Week 7 with Chicago and Dallas.

My head is spinning. What about you?

I’m ready to see how all of these scenarios unfold, especially with the new passing games for the Jets and Bills. And I want to see how some of these backup running backs perform, and guys like Ray Davis (vs. TEN), Ty Chandler (vs. DET), Isaac Guerendo (at SF) and Sean Tucker (vs. BAL) have brutal matchups.

With all of these changes, you probably have some difficult lineup decisions to make. We’re here to help, so let’s get right to it with the starts and sits (and sleepers) you need for Week 7.

Keep in mind, especially at running back, that this column could be fluid with a lot of changes by Friday. So keep checking back as the injury report is updated throughout the week.

    Chargers (at ARI)

The Cardinals have scored fewer than 15 points in three of their past four games, and Arizona is expected to be without Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) in Week 7. No team has scored more than 20 points against the Chargers this season, and they have an interception in all five games this year. I like the Chargers DST as a top-five Fantasy option in Week 7.

  • Bengals (at CLE)
  • Rams (vs. LV)
  • Eagles (at NYG)

Texans (at GB)

The Texans had four sacks and four turnovers in Week 6 at New England, but that was against a rookie quarterback in his first NFL start. Prior to that, Houston had no turnovers in three games in a row against Minnesota, Jacksonville and Buffalo, with only six sacks over that span. Jordan Love has thrown five interceptions in his past three games, but he only has three sacks over that span. And the Packers have scored at least 24 points in all four games started by Love this season. This is a good week to avoid the Texans DST.
