Where to watch Serie A, odds, live stream, schedule: Inter need to react, AC Milan vs. Lecce and more

The 2024-25 Serie A season is back and back with a bang as the usual giants aim to fight for the title, while other clubs hope they can pull off what Bologna did last season and surprisingly qualify for the Champions League. Inter and Juventus look like the favorites to win the league on paper, but teams like AC Milan and Napoli hope to spoil the party in what should be another thrilling campaign.

Game of the week: AC Milan vs. Lecce

After the exciting win against Inter, AC Milan and Christian Pulisic are back on the pitch at San Siro to face Lecce. This game becomes much more relevant after last Sunday’s win, as the Rossoneri need to confirm the positive feeling of the Derby della Madonnina and win their second game in a row for the first time this season. Pulisic had an incredibly exciting start to the 2024-25 season, as he scored four goals and provided two assists in his first six games in all competitions. The USMNT winger also scored the opening goal of the derby against Inter after a great solo run and was one of the best players on the pitch.

Inter seeking for reaction

The Nerazzurri disappointed in the Derby della Madonnina against AC Milan and lost their first game of the season, after two draws and two wins in the first four games so far. Simone Inzaghi’s team needs to react after a good performance in its first away game of the Champions League campaign against Manchester City. The match against Udinese has to be their reaction but midfielder Nicolo Barella won’t be available as he suffered an injury against AC Milan and will miss at least the next two games.

Napoli are flying

Antonio Conte’s side had a strong start of the season and despite losing the opening game, they managed to win three games in a row before drawing away against Juventus last week. The match against Monza can potentially give them the led of the Serie A table, as they are currently second only one point behind Torino who will face Lazio on Sunday morning.
